Subdivision Surveys

CenterGeo specializes in preparation of commercial, residential and institutional subdivisions. Services include preparation of tentative and final tract maps, tentative and final parcel maps, lot line adjustments and condominium plans including 3-dimensional airspace subdivision.

Subdivision maps are used by developers to obtain municipal approvals required to subdivide parcels of land for redevelopment in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act of the California Governance Code and subdivision regulations of county and/or city. Successful completion of the process requires in-depth understanding of the regulations, familiarity with the various government agencies, and the ability to coordinate and cooperate with a wide variety of parties with an interest in the project and its outcome.
